Step 1.1 Enter from the NPUST Chinese homepage.
Step 1.2 Click’連結’
Step 2.1 In the Menu select ’快速連結’
Step 2.2 Click’學生車輛(RFID)識別證申請’
Step 3 Login to your account.
Step 4 Click’學務資訊系統’
Step 5 Login Portal
Step 6 From ’BC學生作業入口’ in the menu, select ’申辦停車證’
Step 7 Key-in information and upload driver license, car license, mandatory insurance, third liability insurance, driver injury insurance-(JPG, do not over 4.00 M, The upload files must clear. The files will only be used to apply for the RFTD.)
Step 8 Pay the Car pass fee (includes motorcycle which is 250 cc or above)
Please drive your car to the General Affairs Office (Administration building 1st floor)to pay the fee after approval. (Apply from August 1st to October 31st is 350 NTD. Apply from November 1st to July 31st is 500 NTD.
Step 9 Receive the pass at the General Affairs Office (Paythe fee→ co11ectthe car pass→ ScanCar’sEtag→ Done!)

Step 9 Receive Motorcycle RFID at the IH building 1st floor’s North entrance (After paying the fee at the General Affairs office - Take the receipt to the Life Guidance Division to collect the RFlD)
★How to check the status of the application
Enter the system (select 停車證查詢). If it’s審核通過that means approved. If it’s 資料錯誤退回修正 that means you need to correct the errors. Please enter from 停車證查詢 to correct the errors. Do not enter from申辦停車證. Youcannotcorrectitfrom申辦停車證.
